M.O.P. COMMUNITY RADIO SERVICE

The year 2005 saw the college launching the M.O.P CRS - Community Radio Service with a frequency of 107.8 mzh, thus creating the history of being the first college in the country to have been granted license by the Government of India.

MOP FM@107.8 caters to a wide section of people including not only college students but also school students and people from across the city. The programme content too, is designed to interest a wide section of people, not just students. Periodic contributions to MOP FM@107.8 vary from radio features, radio drama, news bulletins to panel discussions and interviews.

Students are given hands on experience of the entire radio production process from conception, research, recording, editing, music and packaging under a professional ambience at MOP FM 107.8
